under the new 5-day work system,
u may have the chance to get rid of mondays??

Easy. Go to North America during the weekend and go back on Sunday (North American time). You can effectively get rid of monday when you arrive HK.
I believe monday should be converted to something like a "Transition Day". So that people can adjust more easily from weekend to weekdays. And, of course, all capitalised days are supposed to be holiday.
